When the weather is less accommodating to outside dining, we also welcome you in our 50-seat veranda, or in one of our 2 dining rooms with 30 and 40 covers.
Special events
The Refuge can be booked as a private venue. Tell us about your project or ask us to make you a deal, we will be happy to discuss all the possibilities to make your event unique.
Food
All our dishes are cooked at the Refuge Giacomini. We use seasonal and locally produced ingredients whenever possible.
Some examples include: Alp cheese from Tour d’Aï (Leysin), dried beef meat from Cergnement, Tomme from Anzeindaz, roasted bacon from Boucherie d’Ollon

Our half board stay includes the evening dinner with a fixed menu, served at 7pm. If you wish to eat “à la carte” in the evening, please let us know before arrival. If you have any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, please let us know a few days before your visit.
